I own important parts of the product, from the technical decision to seeing it run in production, working closely with the team and with whoever drives the product.

How I work

Before writing code, I try to understand the problem and who will use the solution. I'd rather ship something simple that runs well in production than something elegant nobody can maintain.

Right now

Working my way toward Staff. To me that means understanding where the revenue comes from, pushing improvements without waiting for someone to open a ticket, and measuring my work by its impact on the business.
